ELEVATE.

A creative industries summit · Los Angeles · January 22–23, 2026

The event

Elevate Summit is a two-day conference for the people who make brands move — designers, content leads, strategists, and studio founders. A first-year event with 1,200 seats to fill at The Alameda in the Arts District, opening January 22, 2026, with no existing audience and a crowded conference season to cut through.

The brief

Everything digital and everything printed: an event website that makes people want to attend, a registration platform with tiered pricing, speaker and session management for 30+ speakers across two stages, a 12-touch email calendar, signage and badges, and the social campaign to carry the countdown.

Approach & tools

One brand system, built first, applied everywhere — coral, violet, and sun on bone, with a shape language that stretches from the hero section to the badge lanyards. Site built on Next.js and Tailwind with reusable components so every page moves fast; design in Figma and Illustrator; email in Mailchimp; social scheduled through Later.

The landing page

The first thing a potential attendee sees. A live countdown builds urgency, the essentials — city, dates, venue — sit above the fold, and one coral button does the only job that matters. This is the real hero section, running live. The clock is ticking.

Registration & ticketing

Three tiers, early-bird scarcity, and a checkout that never makes the buyer think. Try it — pick a pass, set a quantity, and watch the seat count react. The early bird tier is already gone, exactly the way it went in the campaign.

Speaker management

Thirty-plus speakers collected, edited, and presented through one system — bios, credentials, and session assignments all linked. Click any speaker to see their profile and where they're speaking.

Sessions & agenda

Two days, two stages, thirteen sessions. Click any session to expand it — description, room, date and time, and the speakers on it. The same data drives the speaker profiles above, so nothing ever falls out of sync.

The social campaign

Nine posts from the feed that filled the room — speaker announcements, countdowns, and the sold-out finale, all in the same visual system as the site and the stage. Tap a post to read its caption; tap the heart and watch the followers move.

The outcome

The summit sold out two weeks before doors opened. The email list grew from zero to 4,800 subscribers, registration converted at 9.4%, and the identity carried seamlessly from the first Instagram post to the main stage backdrop.

A note on this case study

Elevate Summit is a fictional event, built to show exactly what a full event package from Yellowmoon City looks like. Everything on this page is real, working software — built the same way it would be built for you.
